You are bidding on a Brand New Winters V-8 "STB" Nostalgia Quick Change Rear End with Flanged Axles and with a
Currie Drum Brake Kit.
These rear ends are a fantastic addition to almost any street rod, hot rod, or restoration project.  Nostalgia has never been better!  This amazing assembly with a Winters rear end and Currie brakes will separate extraordinary from ordinary!
We also have these rear ends available
with a Wilwood Disc Brake Kit, as well as without Brakes at all.
Includes:
Winters Steel Tube & Bell V8 Quick Change "Nostalgia" Rear End
(SWS Part #604-3750, Winters Part #SR2550STB with #SR2980-56" Axles):
Measures 56" Axle Flange to Axle Flange; we also have this same set in
a 58" version
When assembled, the axle will be 1/2” longer on the left side

Includes a set of Winters 6 spline gears;  the default gear set is #4401, which has 24 spline upper and lower gears, yielding a 3.78 gear ratio.  If you would like to get a different set instead, just let us know when ordering, as we have the complete line in stock

The rear end comes assembled with the tubes installed, but not the axles.  By removing the side bells on the rear end, with the tubes still installed, this set can ship via UPS.  The side bells will then just have to be bolted back on, which is a simple process.  Or, if you have a commercial address to ship to, we can ship via Motor Freight and the bells will stay bolted on.  We've shipped both way many times, and either one will work just fine.
