This is a custom USA made in hand ready to ship 2" Olympic Bar size 360 degree post landmine. It is build for strength and not made with thin steel like a lot of these are on eBay. Build better than fitness reality, everstrong, a2zcare. Nylon slide bushing for smooth movement. The post insert is 7.25 inches long and fits all steel weights including bumper plates, urethane weights and close tolerance weights. The part where the bar goes in is about 9.5 inches. Textured black. This is build similar to the Rogue post landmine for much less. A versatile landmine workout with just a 2 plate set-up. You do not need any specific rack/stand for this. To use it, lay a few plates on the ground and insert the post side into the plate hole, the barbell goes inside the other sleeve. Popular Workouts you can do.
