    Description

Presented today is this unusual Jemez Pueblo Story Teller, by Chrislyn Fragua. Chrislyn was born in 1973 and has been making pottery since she was 12 years old. She has won awards at the 8 Northern Pueblos  annual art show. This great example of her work stands 3 inches tall and 4 inches long.
The clay she uses comes from a traditional clay bed within the Jemez Pueblo, and she fires her work outdoors, not in a commercial kiln.
