DOES NOT INCLUDE WEIGHTS OR FOOTSTRAPS. Some things to note...this does not include weights. The unit as it sits only weighs 11 Pounds. You can add up to 150 Pounds of weights, but these must be purchased separately. Also, the wheels are NOT inflated. You will need a bicycle pump or some other means to inflate them. The maximum weight for the user is 350 Pounds. But the barbell will support 150Lbs of weights. It is noted in the manual, but you should not drop the Axle, especially when it is loaded. It is a lightweight bar and not designed to sustain repeated drops from height. If you are unfamiliar with this type of equipement, please checkout a video before you purchase it.
