    Description

    Up for auction is a beautiful cover issued by the Tibet government in exile in Los Angeles USA commemorating the centenary of the Universal Postal Union.. In Good  condition. Priced to sell. Nice stamps, cancels and markings. Postmarked june 11, 1976.
    Unusual item, the "stamps" presumably have no legal use and would be classified as cinderellas and depict the Dalai Llama. Moreso being issued at stamp shows.
